RivalWatch

Terms of Service

Last updated: 25 October 2026

By creating an account or using RivalWatch (tryrivalwatch.com), you agree to these terms.

1. The service

RivalWatch is a business competitive-intelligence service. It checks publicly available web pages that you choose and uses artificial intelligence to describe what they say and what has changed. Insights are checked against the text of the page, but we do not guarantee that AI-generated insights are complete or free of errors, and you should verify anything important before acting on it.

2. Your account

You must give accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure, and are responsible for activity in your workspace, including by people you invite.

3. Business use

RivalWatch is a Business-to-Business (B2B) tool. You agree that you are using the service for commercial research purposes and not as a general consumer.

4. Acceptable use

Use RivalWatch only for lawful competitor research. Do not use it to track pages that are not public, that require you to sign in, or that contain sensitive personal information. You are responsible for making sure your use complies with the law and with the terms of the sites you choose to monitor. Do not try to reverse-engineer or overload our infrastructure, or use the service in a way that harms other users or the sites it checks.

5. Plans, billing and cancellation

RivalWatch has a free plan and paid plans, each with a limit on the number of competitors you can track. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Enterprise plans are arranged with us directly; email [email protected]. You can cancel a paid plan at any time from the billing page, which stops future charges. We do not refund part-used billing periods unless the law requires it.

6. Changes to the service and these terms

We may change or improve the service. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date above, and continuing to use RivalWatch after that means you accept the new terms.

7. Suspension and termination

You can stop using RivalWatch at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms, abuse the service or the sites it checks, or fail to pay for a paid plan.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold RivalWatch harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the generated competitive intelligence, including claims related to web scraping or data usage.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RivalWatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Your data

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
